1. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on Egraminhaat?
Ans: No. You can shop on Egraminhaat by providing just your email ID. You will also be able to review products without an account.
2. What is the process of placing an order and how do I pay for a Egraminhaat purchase?
Ans: You should follow the following procedure while placing an order with Egraminhaat:-
1. Simply “Add to cart” any product which you wish to buy.
2. You will be given an option to “Checkout” (in case you have finished shopping) or “Continue shopping” (in case you want to browse and buy more products).
3. Once you “Checkout”, you will be redirected to the “Login Page” from where you can proceed further either by creating an Egraminhaat account or use your existing Egraminhaat account to login or even continue as a guest customer without creating an account.
4. If you wish to “Checkout without an account” you will be redirected to “My account information” page where you will be required to fill your address and few other details. After this you will be redirected to the “Delivery Information page”.
If you are a ‘Returning customer’ you will be directly redirected to the “Delivery Information page”
5. On “the “Delivery Information page”, you can choose the address where you want your purchased items to be delivered and also add comments about the order. Click on Continue and you will be redirected to the “Payment Information” page.
6. On “Payment Information” page, you can choose the Billing address and “click on continue”.
7. On “Order confirmation page”, you can edit any of the information you have given with regard to the shipping address, billing address or products you wish to purchase. Click on Confirm Order.
8. You will be redirected to “PayUMoney page” for payment.
Here you can either use your existing PayUmoney Account details or just provide any password and proceed for payment via Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
9. After successful payment transaction, you will be confirmed about your order via an email on the email address provided by you.
3. Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or Sales Tax) when I make a purchase on Egraminhaat?
Ans: There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Egraminhaat. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. Delivery charges are also included in the final price displayed.
Note: - The banks may charge certain amount as transaction fees over and above the price displayed in the egraminhaat website. The website has nothing to do with such charges.
4. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
Ans: After successful payment transaction, you will be sent an order confirmation email to the email id provided by you while ordering the product. Therefore please ensure that you have provided a valid email id.
5. What is the estimated delivery time?
Ans: The products will be delivered to you within 10 working days. In case of any delay due to unavoidable reasons, you will be informed about the same via email.
6. When and how can I cancel an order?
Ans: You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
In order to cancel an item in your order:
- Without creating an Account
- With an Account
- Log into your EGraminHaat account and go to the 'My Orders' page
- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
- In the detailed order page, you will see 'Cancel' links against each of the items in that order
- Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund (the refund will be initiated in the same bank account from which the order amount has been booked) and confirm cancellation
- Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

7. Does Egraminhaat deliver internationally?
Ans: No. As of now, the products are delivered only in selected cities within India.
